Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept cheques and cash. (Please contact us directly.)
Q: How often do I pay?
A: Lessons are billed per term. Depending on how many weeks there are scheduled in that particular term (as it can change), you will be billed accordingly. Payments must be made by the second lesson in the term. (You may also opt to divide your payment into two payments, one at the beginning of the term, and one halfway through via post-dated cheques.)
Q: If I miss a lesson, do I still have to pay?
A: According to our policy, you must pay for the lesson, even if you do not attend. Some special circumstances may apply, please review our policy form for more information.
Q: Can I opt for Zoom lessons rather than in-person lessons?
A: Zoom lessons are also available to anyone interested.
Q: How long are lessons?
A: We typically offer (and recommend) one 30 minute lesson per week. If students would like to sign up for longer they can, but only if they show dedication to their at-home practice time. More teacher time will not be given if students don't demonstrate more practice time at home.
